Answer:
Hello. I am neither, though it’s only rarely that I eat meat. I still support Vegan organizations and such and donate fortnightly to ‘the wilderness society’. But I can’t restrict myself 100% with eating meat when I am with my family because the food has always played a big part in our culture..
I live alone, so twice a week I’ll buy all my fruit and veg from the markets to make fresh juice and smoothies which is a majority of what I’ll consume during the day. Mornings I have a spoon of coconut oil (which I also use on my face sometimes) If I have breakfast it’s muesli with rice/almond milk. I work a lot of nights, so I make salad sandwiches for dinner but this week I made a big batch of roast pumpkin soup to last me a few nights.
I drink too much coffee and when I snack it’s carrots with peanut butter, or tomato and cracked pepper on rye crackers. I’m not all healthy though I have a really big sweet tooth, that a lot of the time gets the better of me!
For exercise I live across the road from Carlton gardens, so I go for runs there whenever I can and I ride my bike to get around. I’m not as fit as I’d like to be, I plan to start Bikram yoga eventually.
Thank you for your question, it feels nice to receive interest in that aspect of me :)
